Our client is a renowned material technology company is now looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company standards
Act as the primary administrator for the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and generating accurate HR reports and analytics
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, internal transfers, and offboarding/exit management processes
Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records (both physical and digital) and manage all HR-related documentation (contracts, letters, warnings, etc.)
Liaise with external HR vendors, including benefit providers, insurance companies, and external payroll services (if applicable)
Independently manage and execute the entire monthly payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full statutory compliance
Accurately compile and input variable payroll data, including overtime, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and leave information
Calculate, declare, and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions and taxes (e.g., CPF, income tax, mandatory social security contributions, etc.)
Perform payroll reconciliation and generate detailed payroll reports for management and finance teams
Act as the main point of contact for all employee payroll and compensation-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
Support the coordination and administration of the annual/bi-annual performance appraisal process
Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records
Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including preparing employment contracts and facilitating the new-hire onboarding experience
Assist in managing and resolving basic employee grievances and disciplinary matters according to established policies
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiative
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations
At least 3 years independently managing full-cycle payroll
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, statutory contribution regulations, and HR best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, especially in payroll
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
