Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, not restricted to full time hiring, but for freelancers as well
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards and social platforms and managing the entire hiring processes through ATS
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Managing employee operational tasks including maintaining employee records and data
  • Passionate about building and enhancing organizational culture through various employee engagement initiatives and mental wellness practices
  • Should have keen interest in contributing to adding on to the overall diversity and inclusion initiatives being taken in the organization and run related projects end to end
  • Managing various projects end to end within the team related to L&D, DE&I and Employee Engagement
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to run employee experience initiatives and organization’s CSR initiatives
  • Being a strong team-player and having a ‘to-do’ attitude

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Passion for running HR centric projects related to inclusivity, diversity and mental wellness practices and initiatives
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
