Job Responsibility:
Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, not restricted to full time hiring, but for freelancers as well
Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards and social platforms and managing the entire hiring processes through ATS
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Managing employee operational tasks including maintaining employee records and data
Passionate about building and enhancing organizational culture through various employee engagement initiatives and mental wellness practices
Should have keen interest in contributing to adding on to the overall diversity and inclusion initiatives being taken in the organization and run related projects end to end
Managing various projects end to end within the team related to L&D, DE&I and Employee Engagement
Collaborating with various stakeholders to run employee experience initiatives and organization’s CSR initiatives
Being a strong team-player and having a ‘to-do’ attitude
Requirements:
4 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
Passion for running HR centric projects related to inclusivity, diversity and mental wellness practices and initiatives
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
