We are seeking a Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, be proactive, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves leadership responsibilities and strategic HR planning.
Job Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee wellness programs
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and best HR practices
Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems and career development plans
Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with finance for payroll processing and manage employee benefits
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees
Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious workplace
Strategic HR Planning: Assist in designing long-term HR strategies and succession planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an IT/Tech company
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Proven experience in leading HR projects and handling high-level HR responsibilities
Excellent communication and people management skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
