Job Description

Our client is a renowned glass manufacturer with strong presence across the globe. Currently, they are looking for a Senior HR Executive / HR Executive to join their team. You will manage comprehensive human resource functions and execution across the local business to support organizational performance and cultural alignment. Drive the full-spectrum talent acquisition cycle, from developing engaging job advertisements to executing structured interviews and managing the seamless onboarding journey for new hires. Oversee corporate employee lifecycle administration, including maintaining accurate personnel files, coordinating performance evaluation processes, facilitating internal movements, and managing smooth offboarding. Execute accurate payroll processing, administer central provident fund contributions, manage corporate tax filings, and oversee employee benefits programs and claims. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, serve as a trusted point of contact for grievance handling, and implement engagement initiatives to champion a positive workplace culture. Ensure absolute corporate alignment with local employment laws, uphold fair employment practices, and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study
  • Demonstrate at least 4 years of comprehensive corporate human resources experience within the local market
  • Practical knowledge of processing corporate payroll and strong operational familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and Tripartite guidelines
  • Proficient handling of human resource information systems and standard business productivity software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, coupled with a high level of professional discretion when managing sensitive matters.
