Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – Generalist who will independently manage the complete employee lifecycle and take full ownership of HR operations, recruitment execution, employee engagement, compliance, and HR systems. This role demands a hands-on HR professional who does not just assist processes but drives, executes, and closes them end-to-end.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles as per approved manpower plans
  • Directly interact with hiring managers to finalize role requirements, timelines, and closures
  • Schedule, conduct HR interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure joining closure
  • Execute onboarding, confirmations, role transitions, and exit processes end-to-end
  • Ensure complete documentation, induction, and smooth employee integration
  • Own and maintain accurate employee master data
  • Own KEKA HRMS completely — employee data, attendance, leave, regularization, and workflows
  • Execute monthly payroll inputs, verify salary calculations, deductions, and statutory components
  • Close payroll cycles accurately and on time through KEKA
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and HRMS without dependency
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines across the organization
  • Ensure day-to-day statutory compliance and documentation as per labor laws
  • Independently handle audits, compliance checks, and policy adherence
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and internal events
  • Drive employee wellness, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives
  • Actively address employee concerns and maintain a positive, high-trust workplace
