Our client, a fast-growing tech start-up, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Senior HR Director to join its leadership team in New York City for 3-6 months. This person will play a critical role in stabilizing and scaling people operations during a period of transformation, leadership transition, and systems implementation. The ideal candidate is a successful, experienced start-up HR leader who has built and scaled small organizations.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, required
HR certification, preferred
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally at the Senior Director, Head of People, or VP level, required
Hands-on experience implementing to a PEO and HRIS platform
Rippling experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end people operations, including payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and compliance, required
Exposure to large-company best practices with hands-on experience in a small or high-growth environment, preferred
Proven ability to operate independently in lean environments, establish credibility quickly, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and partner effectively with executive leadership
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and day-to-day execution while maintaining a high-touch, people-first approach
