Job Description:

Senior HR Coordinator role requiring management of onboarding, benefits administration, and employee processes, located in Minneapolis with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities focus on facilitating HR operations with accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and conduct training sessions on system usage
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with insurance brokers
  • Oversee leave of absence processing and ensure accurate handling of employee benefits during such periods
  • Review and verify timecards and payroll registers, submitting accurate information to the payroll carrier
  • Respond to inquiries and manage communications through the HR inbox
  • Take ownership of special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to address various tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, invoice reconciliation, payroll processing, and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or other large HR platforms is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion

Nice to have:
