As Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage the full HR lifecycle across a range of clients while providing trusted and strategic HR advice. Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the full HR lifecycle across a range of clients while providing trusted and strategic HR advice
Work closely with business leaders to shape HR strategy, guide key decisions and ensure clients receive tailored, commercially focused support that builds long-term relationships and delivers genuine value
Managing complex employee relations matters, advising on sensitive issues and leading HR transformation and change
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership position such as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Consultant
CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
Confident managing the full HR lifecycle and handling complex employee relations cases
Strategic mindset with a strong ability to build, maintain and influence client relationships
Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth and success
Excellent understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice and compliance
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to client sites
