As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with organizational goals, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership. You will drive business performance through expert guidance on workforce planning, change management, and talent development in a complex, multi-site environment.
Job Responsibility
Partner with senior leaders to design HR strategies, manage organizational change, and provide guidance on complex employee relations
Lead high-level investigations and disciplinary matters while coaching managers on performance, accountability, and fair practice
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning
drive initiatives focused on inclusion, wellbeing, and leadership capability
Use HR analytics and turnover/engagement metrics to identify trends and recommend data-backed improvements
Collaborate with Recruitment and Reward teams to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure legislative compliance
Requirements
Proven track record in a senior HR Business Partnering or Advisory role within a large, complex organization
Strong grasp of employment law, change management, and organizational development
Exceptional influencing and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at the executive level
Skilled at using workforce data to solve problems and inform strategy
Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus
Nice to have

CIPD professional accreditation or equivalent (Desirable)
