Our HR Business Partnering supports leaders on all strategic, people, and business-related topics. You will accompany the planning and management of personnel resources, advise on labor law matters, analyze HR metrics, and ensure the efficient implementation of HR measures as well as market-aligned compensation structures. As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for our leaders and support them in all strategic people matters. You advise on labor law topics, guide personnel decisions, and actively contribute to the development of leadership and team performance. You act as a reliable sparring partner and ensure HR initiatives are implemented efficiently and practically.
Job Responsibility:
Advising leaders on labor law, personnel, and organizational matters
Promoting engagement, alignment, and cultural development in the teams you support
Coaching leaders on people leadership topics such as change management, feedback, performance, and team effectiveness
Managing the annual performance and compensation review process, including facilitating calibration meetings
Analyzing the teams you support using HR data and business metrics
Supporting cost center, headcount, and budget planning in collaboration with People Analytics
Contributing to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the development of salary and benefit structures
Requirements:
Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering with strong expertise in strategic leadership advisory
Proven experience in guiding and implementing change processes and sustainably embedding organizational transformations
Solid knowledge of labor law and experience handling labor law issues
Excellent English skills
German is a plus
Strong hands-on mentality with structured, process- and solution-oriented thinking
