We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance across high‑impact functions. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders while leading our Recruitment function to attract and retain top talent. With expertise in talent, employee relations, organisation design, performance, and change, you’ll enhance leadership capability, improve the employee experience, and support company-wide people and culture initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the strategic HR partner to senior leaders, providing insight on people strategy, organisation design, change, and talent to drive business performance
Lead workforce planning and continuous HR improvement, ensuring recruitment and people strategies support growth, engagement, and operational effectiveness
Oversee the Recruitment function, ensuring high-quality sourcing, selection, and onboarding
Develop recruitment strategies that support business objectives, employer brand, and diversity goals
Drive succession planning and identify high-potential talent across the business
Guide managers on performance management, career development, and team capability building
Act as a senior point of contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution
Support investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and conflict resolution
Lead complex change initiatives, including restructures, capability development, and operating model redesign
Apply change management best practice to ensure successful adoption and strong stakeholder engagement
Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and workforce cost management
Monitor people-related spend to ensure alignment with priorities and financial frameworks
Provide reporting and insights that guide resource allocation and organisational planning
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner, leading complex functional areas and delivering strong capability across employee relations, talent, performance, and organisational development
Exceptional influencing skills, with the ability to shape decisions at senior and enterprise level while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder relationships
Proven track record in designing and delivering HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable performance and cultural impact
Strong leadership in change and transformation, including delivery of cross-functional projects in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and ambiguous environments
Advanced analytical capability, including interpreting people metrics, generating insights, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
Resilient, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in time‑sensitive environments with shifting priorities
Experience with modern HR technologies, including emerging AI tools
