Join the HR team behind one of Microsoft’s most ambitious transformations in business applications. The Business & Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is reimagining how enterprises operate—embedding AI, agents, and low-code technologies into the fabric of productivity. From Copilot Studio to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, BIC is reshaping the way businesses think, act, and innovate. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of this shift—embedded with senior leaders and leadership teams to drive bold talent strategies that fuel AI-first innovation, accelerate org agility, and cultivate a high-performance culture built on speed, clarity, and inclusion. This is more than a traditional HR role. You’ll operate as a strategic thought partner and transformation catalyst, helping leaders navigate ambiguity, scale rapidly, and align talent with the pace and promise of cutting-edge technology. You’ll support a diverse, interdisciplinary community of engineers, product managers, and designers building the next generation of intelligent copilots and autonomous agents for industry. If you thrive in high-velocity environments, think at both the system and team level, and have a passion for shaping the future of work through people, this is a rare opportunity to influence a business that’s not only transforming Microsoft—but redefining how the world engages with AI.
