The Senior HR Business Partner - GTM role is part of the People Team and reports directly to the Chief People Officer. It involves partnering with global leaders in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to execute people strategies aligned with commercial success and business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the CRO, CMO, and their leadership teams to shape and execute the people strategy for our global go-to-market organisation
Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, capability, and culture — ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, SDR/BDR, Customer Success, and Enablement
Use sales and marketing performance metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, conversion, retention, etc.) to identify opportunities where people initiatives can lift outcomes
Coach and influence senior executives to strengthen leadership capability, drive accountability, and enhance cross-functional collaboration
Partner with the broader People Team on reward, performance, talent, and engagement strategies that drive commercial success
Anticipate and manage organisational challenges that come with scaling a distributed, high-growth go-to-market function
Provide thought partnership on organisational health, culture, and change across the commercial organisation
Requirements:
Proven success as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting commercial, sales, or marketing functions in high-growth or SaaS environments
Deep understanding of sales and marketing performance drivers — including the link between people, pipeline, and productivity
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, influencing strategy and decision-making
Experience operating across multiple regions and time zones, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on delivery
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Credibility, composure, and confidence in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Nice to have:
A track record of implementing people strategies that directly improved sales performance, retention, or customer growth in a SaaS context
Experience working with global revenue and marketing teams across multiple markets
A nuanced understanding of sales culture — how to balance ambition, accountability, and collaboration
Ability to translate business data and insights into simple, powerful narratives that drive action
A mix of strategic depth and operational agility — comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution
Experience working with Marketing supporting multi-product GTM, brand development, and scaling content and creative teams
