We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join Take-Two’s global HRBP team. Reporting to the Vice President of HR Business Partners, this role provides expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to leaders and employees across our global footprint, while driving people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational health
Provide strategic coaching and counsel to leaders and employees on performance management, development, engagement, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations, partnering closely with the Employee Relations and Legal team as needed
Lead and execute core HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation planning, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives
Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, supporting business transformation and scalable growth
Analyze and interpret HR data and workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, turnover, job architecture, compensation) to generate insights and inform decision-making
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, People Operations, Benefits, People Analytics, etc.) to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions
Drive process improvement and operational excellence, ensuring HR programs are scalable, consistent, and aligned globally
Act as a trusted advisor with a strong pulse on employee sentiment, balancing agility and speed with sound HR practices and risk awareness
Manage multiple priorities across teams and geographies with professionalism, adaptability, and a strong focus on outcomes
Requirements:
6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience, preferably within fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies
Demonstrated experience partnering across multi-location and/or global teams supporting tech and non-tech functions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and sound judgment
Ability to work with both onsite and distributed remote teams effectively
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
Experience building, evolving, and scaling HR processes and programs
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Experience using Workday and other HR systems and tools, along with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
