Senior HR Business Partner role at PagerDuty, instrumental in cultivating high-performance, collaborative culture and impacting business success through people. Partners with global leadership to drive strategic decisions around organizational design, employee retention and development, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment of a rapidly scaling organization.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders
Partner with business leaders as strategic HR consultant using data-driven insights
Coach leadership through complex people decisions and organizational design initiatives
Effectively influence stakeholders across all levels and drive creative solutions
Facilitate comprehensive change management activities leveraging industry best practices
Support management in execution of organizational programs including annual merit cycles, talent assessments, and succession planning
Manage complex employee relations cases including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in business partnering, generalist, and/or consulting roles
3+ years providing HR support for Sales/Field/Go-To-Market organizations
Demonstrated knowledge in core HR functions including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust, influence stakeholders at all levels, and facilitate difficult conversations
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with experience managing complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to scale processes and organizations in a SaaS and/or technology environment highly desired
