We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented individual with a background in supporting high-growth organizations and driving strategic HR initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, leading organizational development efforts, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage employee relations activities, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Drive performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and guiding improvement plans
Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth
Collaborate on HR strategy development to align workforce planning with business objectives
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new employees into the organization
Support organizational development by designing programs that enhance workforce engagement and effectiveness
Manage internal communications to promote transparency and a unified company culture
Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide guidance on restructuring efforts to optimize team performance and structure
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
Proven expertise in employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated skills in performance management and driving continuous improvement
Experience in leading change management and organizational development initiatives
Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal communications and fostering collaboration
Knowledge of workforce analysis and restructuring processes
