The Role: Take on an immediate temp opportunity as a Senior HRBP for a major global manufacturing and distribution business. This immediate-start contract puts you at the center of a large-scale AU business unit, where you'll partner with site managers to maintain operational stability and uphold best-practice HR standards on the ground.
Job Responsibility
End-to-End HRBP Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex matters, investigations, and compliance within an industrial framework
Change Management: Support change initiatives and organisational design projects
Systems & Data: Oversee P&C operations to drive data integrity and reporting
Stakeholder Management: Partner with AU Head of P&C and global executives to support people strategies
Requirements
Strong background as an HR Generalist, ideally within a blue-collar or industrial environment
Comfortable navigating ER matters and site-based people operations
Immediate start required for a 2-month temporary contract
You are happy to be fully on-site 5 days/week (staff parking available)
