Job Responsibility
Align business objectives with employees and management for a dedicated business unit of 150–200 headcount
Serve as the subject matter expert on Malaysian Employment Act and labor laws, managing employee relations, grievances, and compliance seamlessly
Drive local performance management, talent retention strategies, and workforce planning initiatives in tandem with global directives
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
IR/ER Champion - subject matter expert on Malaysian Employment Act and labor laws
