Senior HR Business Partner

• Own and deliver the People Plan for the Nordic region
• Act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders
• Lead HR operations locally
• Be a key player in our transformation
• Build and execute engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
• Partner closely with our international HR teams
• Drive continuous improvement through data insights

• Extensive experience in HR
• Strong track record of delivering both strategic impact and operational excellence in broad generalist roles
• Experience working in a matrix or international environment
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
• Proactive, structured, and accountable
• Proven experience in change management and organisational transformation
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Strong business mindset
• Comfortable working with data and insights
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Additional Nordic languages are a plus
