Job Description

Adyen is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support our Operations & Staff organizations in Amsterdam and globally. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Finance leadership while also supporting the global strategy of one of Adyen’s Operations domains. You will work end-to-end across the employee lifecycle, co-creating and driving people strategies that enable business growth, strong leadership, and an exceptional employee experience. This role is based in Amsterdam and works in close collaboration with regional HR Business Partners to ensure global consistency with strong local execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Co-create and execute the global people strategy for Finance and a key Operations domain, in close partnership with senior leaders and regional HRBPs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Finance leadership, supporting organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent planning
  • Partner with Operations leaders on strategic workforce planning, team growth, and leadership capability in a global, high-growth environment
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and hands-on coaching to leaders on performance management, feedback, employee relations, and engagement
  • Lead performance and development cycles, enabling high-quality assessments, growth conversations, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to design and implement people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle
