Job Description:

People-focused role delivering effective solutions to people-oriented problems, providing strategic HR leadership and acting as trusted advisor to contract leadership

Job Responsibility:

Partner with operational managers and senior leaders to design and execute people strategies
Lead complex and high-risk employee relations cases
Ensure consistent application of HR policies
Collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning
Drive performance review processes
Support HR workstreams during organisational change projects
Design and deliver engagement initiatives
Promote inclusive hiring and development practices
Leverage people data for evidence-based decisions
Work with support functions and stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years HR Advisor experience
Ability to explore and effectively mitigate risks
Experience in delivering HR projects and working to tight deadlines
Great interpersonal skills to create relationships
Ability to deal with people at different levels
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
Resourceful and proactive
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and on own initiative
CIPD accreditation (advantageous)
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Strong influencing skills
