Senior HR Advisor

• Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers
• Leading on analysing HR data and escalate any key trends/themes to the HRBP
• Make significant updates/changes to HR policy and procedure as required
• develop and implement new HR policy and procedure as required, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency
• Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency
• Provide training to managers on HR policies and procedures
• Support projects/initiatives when required
• Lead on ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans
• Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees
• Drive engagement survey, results sharing and action planning

• Experience working at HR Advisor level
• Ability to be self-driven and a self-starter
• Innovative and creative ‘can do’ attitude and approach
• Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work
• Pro-active approach
• Excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships

Hold Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification
