Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team, providing expert HR support in a dynamic environment. You'll play a critical role in maintaining good relations while helping implement TUI's People Plan and driving business outcomes through strategic HR support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, balancing risk, fairness, and commercial considerations
  • Implement elements of the People Plan, aligning people strategies with wider organisational goals
  • Build managers' capability in people management and industrial relations, keeping them updated on relevant legislation
  • Analyse workforce trends, identify issues, and develop proactive HR solutions in collaboration with colleagues across the HR function
  • Support change management initiatives, including restructures, redeployments, and TUPE processes where applicable
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with trade union representatives, including leading or supporting union consultations and negotiations

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and can apply this pragmatically in real-world situations
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, able to influence, coach, and advise stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in handling complex and sensitive HR cases with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work while balancing key project activities
  • Passionate about self-development and staying abreast of the latest HR developments and trends
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
