Job Description

Are you a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact on the ground? We're looking for Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on support and expert guidance to managers and employees. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for all HR matters—ensuring policies are applied consistently, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and helping to build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and promote engagement and development initiatives
  • Coach and advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Support change management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Manage labour relations, including communication with unions, handling of disputes, and local negotiations
  • Monitor and maintain a positive social climate through effective employee dialogue and council participation

Requirements

  • Experience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar level
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, including union negotiations
  • Confident coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Trusted partner with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative in a matrix environment
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics.
