Job Description:

TUI is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic HR support within a dynamic, unionised Airline environment. The role involves implementing the People Plan, maintaining industrial relations, advising on complex HR issues, and supporting change management initiatives. The position emphasises diversity, equity, and inclusion while offering personal development and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues
work closely with HR and business leaders to implement People Plan
align people strategies with organisational goals
build capability in people management and industrial relations
analyse workforce trends and develop proactive HR solutions
support change management initiatives including restructures, redeployments, and TUPE processes
build and maintain relationships with trade union representatives and support union consultations and negotiations

Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation
excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
ability to influence, coach, and advise stakeholders at all levels
skilled in handling complex and sensitive HR cases
ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
passionate about self-development and staying abreast of the latest HR developments and trends
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
background in a unionised environment is particularly valuable
