Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established HR consultancy, who are looking to recruit a solution-focused Senior HR Advisor to join their small and friendly team. As Senior HR Advisor, you will work across multiple clients, supporting their day-to-day HR needs and acting as an extension of their business. You will provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and business owners, while supporting a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and redundancy cases. The successful Senior HR Advisor will also be heavily involved in drafting high-quality HR documentation such as contracts, policies, letters, and guidance, as well as preparing and coaching managers for difficult conversations. You will review and improve HR documents to ensure they are accurate, commercially sound, and fit for purpose, and support HR audits, check-ups, and client projects. Additionally, as Senior HR Advisor, you will attend client meetings both remotely and in person where required and manage ad hoc client queries while contributing to a shared advisory inbox. This is a hands-on role where your ability to combine strong HR knowledge with practical application will be key.
