Job Description:

As the Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to both employees and managers-providing expert guidance across all areas of HR. This is a dynamic generalist role working alongside and supporting all business functions across the entire company. You'll coach and support managers to align people strategies with business goals, helping them lead with confidence and clarity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to strategic projects and employee relations

Strong project management and organisational skills
A collaborative mindset and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures
Creative thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
High attention to detail, discretion, and a calm, professional presence
Comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
