Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload (including conduct, performance, attendance, and policy)
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Principals and leadership teams across multiple academies
Provide expert, legally-sound HR guidance that supports fair and consistent decision-making
Contribute to trust-wide HR projects, initiatives and process improvements
Help shape a supportive, inclusive and positive people culture across the organisation
Requirements:
Strong experience in HR and employee relations
Ability to travel to academies across the Southwest as needed
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
A genuine desire to contribute to an organisation shaping young people’s futures
