We are looking to recruit a qualified and enthusiastic HR professional to join our friendly and hardworking central team. You will work alongside our recently appointed Head of Service - HR to support the nine schools, within our Trust to develop and thrive, as well as supporting the development of other HR team members.
Job Responsibility:
support the HR Manager to raise HR practice and procedure across the Trust
support senior school leaders to develop their skills in dealing with complex people issues
provide guidance and support in relation to all HR matters and lead on more complex case work
assist in HR transactional and administrative processes
attend and participate in HR related meetings
Requirements:
qualification to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and be a member of CIPD
knowledge and understanding of school teachers pay terms and conditions to include the ‘Burgundy book’
knowledge and understanding of Support Staff terms and conditions to include the ‘Green book’
outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
