As Senior HR Administrator, you will be responsible in providing high-quality HR administrative and operational support across India and UK geographies. In this role, you will ensure seamless delivery of HR processes, maintain accurate employee records and support both local and global HR initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and high proficiency in data management, HR systems and digital platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain HR records and ensure that all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, background checks, confirmation process, career development plans, promotions, internal and intra company transfers, employee documentation and exit formalities across UK and India
Assist UK resourcing team in CV sourcing and interview scheduling
Prepare offer letters, contracts, employment changes letters, reference letters and HR correspondence for India and UK teams
Assist with onboarding new employees across India and UK - welcome emails, planning and coordinating various induction sessions and sending onboarding surveys
Assist with confirmation process across India and UK – probation feedback forms and confirmation letters
Assist with offboarding processes across India and UK – coordinating exit interviews, sending exit surveys, processing exit letters and supporting with relevant documentation
Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with India and UK employment regulations
Ensure accurate and timely data upload on various companywide portals
Ensure that organization charts for all teams are up to date
Maintain audit-ready HR files and support internal/external audits
Administer HR shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication for employee queries on HR policies, processes, and systems across both geographies
Assist and undertake all activity related to international travel for PMC employees across both locations (visa process, accommodation checks, travel logistics, etc) effectively
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports for onboarding, attrition, promotions, internal movements, career development plans, offboarding and employee engagement data
Coordinate and assist with HR projects and initiatives as and when required
Maintain confidentiality of HR information and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive matters
Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
Align with UK HR team for uniform practices, documentation templates, and process updates
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
Experience of working within an IT or services organisation, and with experience of working for a multi-national Company supporting multi-country HR processes (UK exposure preferred)
Strong experience in HR administration, HR processes and procedures
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proficient in data management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Experience of working on any HR systems is preferable
