As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People Administration & Benefits Manager while enhancing the employee lifecycle experience for approximately 7,500 employees. Job Responsibility:
Deputise and Collaborate: Assist the People Administration & Benefits Manager with various projects, ensuring smooth operations throughout the employee lifecycle
Data Processing Expertise: Manage the data processing for payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance for two payroll deadlines every four weeks
Pension Management: Monitor and manage pension portals and the Oracle database, ensuring relevant information is uploaded and distributed appropriately
Compliance Champion: Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with Contractual Benefits, Pension scheme rules, and GDPR. Your attention to detail will be crucial!
Effective Communication: Be the go-to person for colleagues across the business regarding Pension & Benefits, providing timely updates and professional responses
Training and Guidance: Share your knowledge by providing training to People Administrators and other stakeholders on Pension & Benefit policies and procedures
Innovative Solutions: Contribute to process improvements by actively participating in reviews and offering creative solutions to streamline operations
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a professional certification (e.g., CIPD, CIPP) is preferred
A solid understanding of data protection and benefits compliance regulations, including GDPR
Knowledge of pension schemes, employee benefits, and regulatory legislation
Familiarity with process mapping and improvement strategies
