Job Description

Own end-to-end technical hiring along with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, HRMS accuracy, employee lifecycle management, exits, reporting, compliance documentation, and operational coordination. This role requires high accountability, strict confidentiality, execution discipline, and proactive communication. You will independently drive hiring while coordinating closely with Aditi and managing assigned operational responsibilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end technical hiring
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, HRMS accuracy, employee lifecycle management, exits, reporting, compliance documentation, and operational coordination
  • Own and close technical positions within agreed TAT
  • Handle mid–senior level technical hiring independently
  • Prioritize critical and business-impact roles
  • Ensure no hiring role remains stagnant without action
  • Maintain a live and healthy candidate pipeline
  • Keep backup profiles ready at all times
  • Daily sourcing for technical roles (5–8 relevant profiles/day)
  • Conduct structured HR screening
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end
  • Share JD and resumes with interview panels in advance
  • Reduce interview no-shows via confirmations
  • Capture and document interview feedback quickly
  • Handle offer communication and negotiation strictly within approved budgets
  • Ensure written offer acceptance
  • Follow up till Day-1 joining and reduce offer dropouts
  • Ensure onboarding readiness (access, systems, assets)
