Job Description:

The Senior HR – TAG will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on headhunting, requirement gathering, JD creation, candidate engagement, and offer management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requirements
  • Gather and understand hiring requirements from the business and hiring managers
  • Create, review, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs
  • Perform headhunting and direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
  • Use job portals effectively for sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
  • Screen candidates for role fit, cultural fit, and communication skills
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback closure
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer acceptance
  • Maintain proper documentation and recruitment trackers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet hiring targets and timelines
