The Senior HR – TAG will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on headhunting, requirement gathering, JD creation, candidate engagement, and offer management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requirements
Gather and understand hiring requirements from the business and hiring managers
Create, review, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs
Perform headhunting and direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
Use job portals effectively for sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
Screen candidates for role fit, cultural fit, and communication skills
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback closure
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and offer acceptance
Maintain proper documentation and recruitment trackers
Work collaboratively with team members to meet hiring targets and timelines
Requirements:
