Senior Housing Benefit Appeals Officer. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Housing Benefit Appeals Officer to join a Local Authority team on a contract basis. This role is focused exclusively on appeals work and requires a specialist with strong experience managing complex cases through reconsideration, escalation and Tribunal stages. The Role You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Housing Benefit appeals, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with legislation, policy and Tribunal requirements.
