Job Responsibility:

  • Represent the Local Highway Authority
  • Involved in every stage of development from initial planning applications to delivery of new adoptable streets and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) solutions
  • Provide specialist highway advice on planning applications from minor developments to major schemes
  • Undertake detailed technical assessments of Section 38/278 highway agreements
  • Collaborate with developers, planners, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable infrastructure
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that support Peterborough's growth and environmental ambitions
