Job Responsibility

Coordinate with speakers: follow up, gather presentations, and format them according to brand guidelines
Work closely with partners on the organization of joint events
Identify and compare vendors for specific equipment or event needs
Prepare and manage all communication materials required to ensure event success (giveaways, brochures, catering, etc.)
Support commercial teams with event-related actions and meetings
Assist with event setup: preparing meeting rooms, break areas, lunch or cocktail spaces, etc.
Help set up and dismantle stands in collaboration with vendors
