Job Description:

At Ellern Mede, we are seeking skilled, committed Senior Healthcare Support Workers to join our multidisciplinary nursing teams supporting children and young people with complex mental health needs, including eating disorders. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on the ward and make a meaningful difference every day. This role is ideal for experienced support workers who want to develop their clinical skills, lead by example, and work within a service known for clinical excellence and patient centred care.

Job Responsibility:
