Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the healthcare industry? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Healthcare Sales Manager and take the lead in developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve ambitious targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute account-by-account strategies aligned with the regional sales plan to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve specific sales and market share objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals, hospital management, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Translate business strategies into actionable plans, setting targets, forecasting, and conducting regular business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis to optimize overall business efficiency
  • Achieve sales plan and profitability objectives for the designated region
  • Establish and maintain a robust monitoring system to ensure compliance with the sales plan regarding volume, price, and value objectives for all products
  • Plan and execute relevant training workshops, symposia, and conferences in collaboration with marketing and service teams
  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager and exercise financial controls as needed
  • Continuously research and update knowledge of our product portfolio, features, and gain a deep understanding of the business and market complexities
  • Prepare for and actively participate in tenders, including physical presence at tender openings when required
  • Communicate effectively with business associates to gather essential end-user information, including stock levels and sales prices
  • Support the organization in conducting conferences and events
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer and business associate relationships and providing timely sales support
  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for accounts under your responsibility
  • Provide backup support for team members as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science is required
  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales function, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated understanding of the market, including customer/business issues, alliances, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent overall communication skills
  • Proficiency in advanced sales techniques and selling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of local/regional languages
  • Strong negotiation skills
