Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • 4 + years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare informatics, data science, information technology, or management consulting
  • Strong experience working with healthcare data and analytical methodologies
  • Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI
  • Well versed in Population Health Management, Risk Adjustment Programs, Provider Reimbursement Models, Value-Based Care Initiatives, Medical Cost Analytics, HEDIS and AHRQ Quality Metrics, DRG, APC, ETG, MEG, DxCG, HCC, and other healthcare groupers
  • Advanced Analytics Experience within Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, Regression Modeling, Time Series Forecasting, Cluster Analysis, Decision Trees, Big Data Analytics, Outcome Research
