Job Responsibility
Lead requirements gathering and documentation in complex environments involving many stakeholders
Capture and analyze business processes and data flows across various integrated systems
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and architecture teams
Analyze integration requirements including system interactions and data exchange patterns
Research emerging technology trends and evaluate existing services for modernization opportunities
Support integration design by defining interfaces and interoperability strategies with technical teams
Provide quality control on implementations to validate that requirements match expected outcomes
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst translating requirements into technical specifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and conducting requirements gathering sessions and interviews
Proven track record of 5 years in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions
At least 5 years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing processes for large systems
A university degree or diploma in business or IT or a recognized professional certification
Only candidates with past healthcare experience will be considered
