Job Responsibility

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation in complex environments involving many stakeholders
  • Capture and analyze business processes and data flows across various integrated systems
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and architecture teams
  • Analyze integration requirements including system interactions and data exchange patterns
  • Research emerging technology trends and evaluate existing services for modernization opportunities
  • Support integration design by defining interfaces and interoperability strategies with technical teams
  • Provide quality control on implementations to validate that requirements match expected outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a business analyst translating requirements into technical specifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and conducting requirements gathering sessions and interviews
  • Proven track record of 5 years in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions
  • At least 5 years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing processes for large systems
  • A university degree or diploma in business or IT or a recognized professional certification
  • Only candidates with past healthcare experience will be considered
