Job Responsibility:

Oversee and enhance warehouse operations in Georgia, ensuring optimal inventory management and logistics principles
Implement standardized processes to minimize delays in the supply chain, ensuring timely access to production materials
Maintain strict access control within the warehouse to uphold safety and security standards
Utilize expertise in 1C software for effective inventory and transportation management
Drive a culture of operational excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with company objectives
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse environment
Train and develop warehouse staff to foster a skilled and high-performance team

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields, with progressive leadership responsibilities
Proficient in 1C for inventory and transportation management

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
