Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering product implementation and support activities, ranging from client discussions to training and project documentation for Insperity Workday product as well as Insperity software as a service.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinates with Insperity’s internal project management team to perform assigned tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Consults with customer’s key decision makers regarding their current human capital management system configuration and needs
  • Advises clients regarding most appropriate implementation strategies and best practices
  • Performs in-depth discovery session in order to document functional specifications for system setup requirements using the Project Scope Document
  • Completes advanced configuration, documents, tests and validates software to maximize and streamline client human resources, payroll, compensation, time tracking, absence, talent, recruiting, learning, benefits, security, and reporting workflows and processes
  • Provides client administrative level user training as required on the Workday platform
  • Facilitates scheduled client status update calls to identify client issues, potential escalations and advise on best practice recommendations
  • Maintains outstanding customer service standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
  • Champions customer’s needs for resolution on all open issues identified during data conversion and onboarding
  • Develops relationships within the customer organization to effectively integrate project deliverables and meet customer business goals and metrics as defined in the project plans
  • Keeps current on new products, industry trends and customers training needs
  • Manages training materials for clients
  • Gathers product/software feedback with solutions for improvement to product/leadership teams
  • Serves as a mentor, monitors and supports the HCM Analysts and acts as a subject matter expert on software functionality, training design, best practices as well as process and procedures
  • Travels to designated client sites for training
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity goals
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity goals
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field or four years of related experience is required
  • Five to seven years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required
  • Ability to interpret tax rules on the state, federal and local level for software configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high-touch, large, complex clients in a mid-market setting
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills to interface with peers, leadership and customers
  • Expert in conducting customer facing meetings
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical and project information in a business context
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time business solutions to a diverse customer base

  • Perform the inspection of ICL documentation for infusion pumps (devices) and wireless battery modules either on paper or in the electronic Global Service Platform (GSP) system in order to ensure test procedures have been completed and release specifications are within specifications for final device acceptance and release.
  • Perform internal inspection of devices to ensure all visual aspects of the pump or wireless battery module, including approved labels, are met prior to release of device or wireless battery module.
  • Verify that all customer facing device and packing labels are accurate and match the serial number being inspected.
  • Approves the release of the device and wireless battery modules in the appropriate ERR system, as applicable (JDE B4ONE, JDE GME, Pump Tracker)
  • Ensures there are no open nonconformances associates with device or wireless battery modules exist in the approved NCR system (QCBD, Trackwise).
  • Reviews the event history log within a device to ensure calibration values have been accurately entered in the pump using release testing values recorded in GSP.
  • Channels accepted or rejected products to the appropriate locations on the service floor.
  • Accurately record all failing observations using the minor correction process and/or electronic nonconformance system (QCBD or Trackwise) as applicable.
  • Dispositions the rework activities of nonconformances and completes the electronic approval and closure process for any non-conformances with the device in the an approved electronic system.
  • Review for accuracy and accept the quality data entry of service events using the Medina Service Trending Site in SharePoint.
