Job Description:

This role involves being part of a dynamic and highly skilled R&D team that creates high quality products. The Senior Hardware Design Engineer will provide technical leadership, collaborate with a multi-sited product development team, and innovate to solve issues, driving project completion to schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing technical leadership and direction to the hardware design team
  • Translating design requirement documents to design architecture
  • Collaborating with a multi-sited product development team to integrate deliverables toward the release of new products into production
  • Innovatively solving issues, driving completion of the project to schedule, and collaboratively networking with other technical contributors
  • Owning all aspects of assigned areas, including feasibility study, design, verification and debug

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in systems design (integrated electrical circuits, designing complex circuit like servers, cellphone etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge and deep technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven technical leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding teams
  • Good knowledge and keen interest in high-speed design, signal integrity issues and power distribution techniques
  • Hands-on experience in measuring and characterizing high-speed digital signals
  • Board design experience with Cadence CAD design tools like Orcad, Allegro
