Job Description:

Encord's first recruiter on the ground in the US, partnering with founder and senior GTM leadership on building out commercial function, bringing company-defining talent to sustain next stage of hyper-growth.

Job Responsibility:

Define and execute a high-quality hiring engine
drive sourcing, outreach and candidate closing
help get brand out and process design
help recruit top-tier talent and ensure candidates know Encord is a great place to build a career
be embedded with senior leaders and help shape foundations of Encord's team

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a hyper-growth start-up or similarly fast-paced, high accountability environment
entrepreneurial mindset with desire for ownership and influence
track record of exceptional performance in work, academics, sports, or other areas
ruthless prioritizer, highly organized, and focused on outcomes
outcomes-focused with strong bias to action
great communicator, clear, concise, and persuasive
proactive and craves accountability
