The Senior GTM Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across Crusoe's Go-To-Market organization. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue Operations)
Build relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders
Conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referrals
Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience
Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting
Understanding of the latest technologies and trends in sourcing
Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
