This is a front-line, high-impact role for recruiters who know how to win, who can partner with senior leaders, and who want their work to matter beyond filling seats. Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s written on a req
  • Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more
  • Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes
  • Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human
  • Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented
  • Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process
  • Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ball—or your standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required
  • agency experience a plus)
  • Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
  • Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
  • Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
  • Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
  • A data-informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters
  • High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action
