We’re looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter, Global who understands how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development actually work- and how the right people accelerate revenue, retention, and long-term customer value across global markets. As we scale, our international Go-to-Market engine needs to grow with precision, speed, and quality. This role is not about high-volume resume processing. It’s about owning the GTM hiring motion end-to-end, partnering deeply with GTM leaders both domestically and internationally, and building durable pipelines for roles that are hard to hire and business-critical.
Job Responsibility:
Own recruiting for a broad set of GTM roles, including (but not limited to): Sales (AE, SDR, Enterprise, Commercial)
Customer Success & Account Management
Marketing roles
Business Development & Partnerships
GTM leadership roles as we scale
Requirements:
7+ years of recruiting experience, including global hiring, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles
Hands-on experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development functions
A clear understanding of how different GTM roles operate and collaborate in practice
Comfort recruiting in a technical or developer-adjacent environment (APIs, platforms, infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)
Strong sourcing instincts- you know how to find people, not just evaluate applicants
The ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and push back when needed
Experience supporting hiring across international regions
A bias toward clarity, follow-through, and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting in developer-focused or API-first companies
Familiarity with AI, ML, speech, or data-intensive systems
Experience supporting distributed, remote-first teams
Experience partnering on international employment models (EOR, contractors, or direct entities)
