Are you a high-impact marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into market-moving action? A client of mine in Financial Services is looking for a Senior GTM Lead to drive the end-to-end execution of priority brand campaigns, strategic co-marketing initiatives, and performance-driven affiliate activity. In this senior individual contributor role, you will act as the vital link between marketing execution and sales success, ensuring every campaign is commercially aligned, fully enabled, and optimized for peak performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute Brand Campaigns: Own the GTM planning for major integrated campaigns, translating high-level strategy into actionable channel plans and launch sequences
  • Drive Co-Marketing Success: Lead GTM efforts for client-specific and partner initiatives, developing co-branded plans that hit both client objectives and our internal commercial goals
  • Elevate Affiliate Performance: Provide leadership for affiliate media buying, ensuring all activity is backed by clear KPIs and a relentless focus on ROI and lead quality
  • Bridge the Gap to Sales: Ensure Sales teams are 'campaign-ready' by developing high-quality playbooks, messaging, FAQs, and briefings that drive adoption
  • Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics across all workstreams, conducting deep-dive post-campaign reviews to continuously sharpen our GTM edge

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in GTM, growth, or performance-led marketing
  • Proven track record of launching brand campaigns, managing complex co-marketing projects, and driving affiliate media activity
  • Experience delivering brand campaign launches, co-marketing initiatives, and affiliate activity
  • Bachelor Degree
