Job Description:

As a Sr. Growth Yield Specialist in our Gurugram Office, you’ll act as a subject matter expert for high-impact yield initiatives, lead implementation of scalable solutions, and contribute to strategic programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead execution of yield initiatives with proven revenue impact (e.g., ABP Whitelisting, Header Bidding Optimization)
  • Perform advanced analysis for Google Discover traffic drops
  • recommend optimizations
  • Perform Header Bidding Optimizations and continuously adopt new strategies to drive improved performance
  • Support cross-regional implementations and mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure program success and innovation
  • Drive automation and process simplification to reduce time to FDOR and increase adoption
  • Develop playbooks and best-practice frameworks that empower Growth Publishers to achieve stronger performance
  • Proactively monitor and optimize page performance to maximize results for Growth Publishers

Requirements:

  • Deep hands-on experience with Prebid.js wrapper, header bidding, and programmatic monetization
  • Advanced expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
  • Proven experience debugging complex ad-tech issues using browser developer tools
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, OpenRTB, and first-price bidding
  • Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and drive yield optimization
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and audit tools
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Prebid Server
  • Experience working directly with leading SSPs (Index, OpenX, PubMatic, Rubicon, Xandr, etc.)
  • Analytics experience using Prebid Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery
