Job Description

As a Senior Growth Strategy Manager, you will be the architect of our 'Revenue Truth.' Joining the Mission Control of our Commercial Unit, you will bridge the gap between GTM execution and Global Financial Planning. Your goal is to build a predictive 'OneGrowth' machine, turning complex Salesforce data into a strategic roadmap for ARR growth and expansion.

Job Responsibility

  • Revenue Intelligence & Forecasting: Own the integrity of ARR/MRR, bookings, and pipeline inputs using driver-based models to ensure high-quality forecasting across the customer lifecycle
  • FP&A & Budgetary Interface: Serve as the primary GTM interface for Finance during budgeting cycles, leading scenario planning and the reconciliation of Salesforce data with financial records
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Partner with GTM leadership on annual planning and establish North Star metrics for revenue health, specifically NRR, churn mechanics, and expansion trends
  • Performance Architecture: Design and maintain the executive-level reporting layer to visualize revenue risks and strategic opportunities in real-time
  • Commercial Leadership Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, providing the high-quality data narrative required for all revenue-related strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, FP&A, or Strategic RevOps within the B2B SaaS ecosystem
  • Obsessed with accuracy and have a proven track record of reconciling complex CRM (e.g. Salesforce) data with financial systems
  • Expert at building driver-based models and managing the 'inputs' that dictate forecast predictability
  • Possess a deep understanding of the levers that drive SaaS value, specifically Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion mechanics
  • Excel at distilling vast amounts of commercial data into high-level narratives that drive executive and board-level decision-making

What we offer

  • Play a decisive role in shaping an agile, fast-growing, international company and be supported by an open-minded working environment
  • Competitive salary package, employee share shop, 40% Zalando shopping discount (30% Zalando Lounge)
  • Various learning and development opportunities to enhance your professional development
  • Flexible working hours, home office options
  • 27 vacation days per year that increase up to 30 days, volunteering time off and several sabbatical options after 2 years
  • Help you commute to the office with zero emissions: through a rented company bike or by charging you electric car at our e-charging station
  • Access to additional German or English classes to improve your language skills
  • Visa support for our foreign employees relocating to Germany
  • A variety of health offers to support your well-being, as well as free beverages and fruits
